Millidgeville 3rd May 1810

Wiley Groom of the County of Washington in this State having presented to this Department plats for two tracts of Land surveyed for Elijah Groom of the same County of Washington, one for 200 acres Surveyed on the 16th day of April 1802 and the other for 100 acres Surveyed on the 8th day of November 1802, and an affidavit stating that the said Elijah Groom has departed this life since the date of the said Surveys and that he, the applicant, is the Administrator of the Estate and son of the said deceased, and requests that the land might be granted to the Heirs of the deceased, it is therefore
Ordered
That the Secretary of the State do prepare Grants for and in the name of the Heirs of Elijah Groom dec. for the aforesaid tracts of Land on his paying all legal office fees.
