Possible father is Alpheus Spour found in the 1840 Census for Lewis County West Virginia on page 137. He has one daughter of the correct age and is listed on the same page as Samuel Bonnett.

West Virginia marriages lists a marriage between Temperence Bozarth and Alphous Spore in 1822. (Film 825112, Image 00029) The first daughter of Mahala and William Bonnett was Temperence.

In the 1880 census in Liberty Township, Marion Co. Iowa, here next door neighbor was George Spaur and family.
