Hila Renick, Fred Cochran Exchange Vows

Mr. and Mrs. Claude Renick are announcing the marriage of their daughter. Hila, to Fred Cochran, son of Mrs. Ruth Cochran, Borger.
The Rev. Wallace Jones, pastor of the First Christian church, performed the double-ring ceremony Friday, May 23, in the presence of a number of relatives and friends.
For the occation the bride wore a japonica frock with matching accessories and a corsage of talisman roses.
Her only attendant, her sister, Mrs. Joe Hull, wore navy and ___e. with a corsage of sweet peas
Joe Hull served the bridgegroom as best man.
Following te ceremony an informal reception was held in the home of the bride's parents and the couple left on a honeymoon trip to Red River and Taos, N.M.
The returned to Borger Thursday and are not at home at 207 West Fourth street.
Mrs. Cochran was graduated from West Texas State college at Canyon and last year taught in the Fritch elementary school.
The bridegroom, a former employe of the J. M. Huber Corp., is now associated with an oil
company in Fritch.

Mitchell and Frances, Mr. and Mrs. B. R. Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Biles, Mrs. Anna Hull and Betty Lou, Mrs. Ella L. Renick, grandmother of the bride, of Oklahoma City, Miss Beula Renick, a cousin, Oklahoma City.
