        ALL persons are hereby cautioned against trading for two twenty-five dollar notes, given early in January last, to John Minter, Elisha Mathews and Gabriel Mathews, Executors of Thomas Mathews, as the terms of contract for which said notes were given, has not been complied with, and I am determined not to pay them.
