        NINE months after date, application will be made to Honorable the Court of Ordinary for Washington county, for leave to sell the tract of land on Buffaloe Creek, in said couty the real estate of Elijah Groom dec'd. Supposed to contain between 300 & 400 acres, for the benefit of the heirs.
